Asset-level generation reporting
Production is reported per site each month: kWh and the share attributed to each investor, not one line for the whole portfolio.
The FX rate on every distribution
Distributions are paid quarterly. When a fund earns in pesos, each paid distribution shows the peso amount, the dollar amount and the official exchange rate on its payment date.
A data room per site
The documents a lender checks before funding a site, with what each one proves, who issues it and whether it has been received.
Independent sponsors, one reporting format
Sponsors manage the funds and make the investment decisions. The software holds each fund to the same reporting format: generation per site, distributions by date, and the rate on each.
