See what your lender will flag before they do
Enter a commercial or industrial solar project in the United States or Colombia once. Nuentero checks debt coverage against the minimum you set, whether milestone payments add up to the budget and, for a US project, the days your schedule leaves before the 48E placed-in-service deadline. Each issue it finds links to the section that fixes it.
What you get
Your projects, sorted for a credit decision
Each project is one line: capex, cost per watt, lowest debt coverage against your target, open permits and the next action, plus the 48E credit and its days of margin for a US project. The list sorts by how close each project is to a credit decision.
A list of what to fix, by section
The project file names each problem and links it to the section where you fix it: milestone payments that no longer add up to the budget, an installer work order more than 10% off the labor budget, scheduled install hours more than 15% off the work order, a permit still open.
An underwriting file you can check by hand
The memo states production, the offtaker's savings against the utility rate, debt coverage and the tax treatment, and repeats the inputs behind each figure. Annual cash flows download as CSV. The in-service date comes from your construction schedule, or from the utility's permission to operate once it is approved.
Your engineer signs off first
If your firm has an engineer on the platform, they review the project economics before it reaches Nuentero. They cannot approve it until the design package is complete: energy bills, site and roof photos, the meter, the main panel and breaker, the service transformer, and the service voltage, phases and main breaker amps.
Permits and the build on one schedule
Each permit or approval records its authority (the AHJ, the utility or an agency), status, reference number and dates, and the construction milestones that depend on it take their status from it. Nuentero drafts the construction plan from system size, you edit it, and milestone payments are spread from the budget.
